Waiter – Guest Service & Hospitality

About the role

The Waiter is responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a warm and memorable dining experience. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly smile, establish eye contact, and thank them on departure.
• Build rapport with guests, gather feedback, and anticipate any special needs.
• Maintain brand standards, conduct monthly inventory checks, and keep the service area clean.
• Prepare and assemble orders accurately, perform quality checks, and serve items enthusiastically.
• Review order dockets, ensure timely preparation, and support the billing process.
• Communicate daily tasks, manage backup supplies, and adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in 5‑star hotels or restaurants (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or a related field.
• Effective time‑management, task‑management, and communication abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
