Visual Designer (Paid Social Creative)

About the role

Sustain and Grow Digital is seeking a Visual Designer who specializes in paid‑social creative. You will craft high‑performing ads for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and ecommerce brands, turning brand assets and user‑generated content into scroll‑stopping creatives that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ads, carousels, GIFs and other social media creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok and additional paid channels.
• Transform raw brand assets, UGC and creative briefs into performance‑focused advertisements.
• Collaborate with strategists and media buyers to generate new concepts and testing ideas.
• Create multiple variations of winning concepts to support ongoing creative testing.
• Incorporate client feedback while maintaining strong design standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date on creative trends, consumer behavior and platform best practices.
• Organize and maintain creative files across multiple client accounts.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑media advertising creative.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to design for both direct‑response and brand‑building objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills and self‑motivation for remote work.
• Interest in leveraging AI‑powered creative tools to improve workflow and performance.
