Virtual Receptionist – Construction Support

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our construction clients. Working remotely, you will support the owner by handling communications, scheduling site visits, and keeping the business pipeline moving.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and return phone calls, manage inbound inquiries, and create a positive first impression.
- Book estimates, coordinate site visits, and arrange field‑visit routes efficiently.
- Follow up on leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and turn site measurements into quotes and proposals.
- Manage the owner’s calendar, ensure daily tasks stay on track, and coordinate foremen and temporary labor.
- Keep all administrative processes organized so operations run smoothly when the owner is unavailable.
Required profile
- 2+ years of virtual assistant or administrative experience.
- Experience working with clients in the United States, UK, Canada, or Australia.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling phone conversations.
- Background in construction, real‑estate development, or a related field is a strong plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to learn new software quickly.
What we offer
- Monthly compensation ranging from USD 800 to USD 1,200, based on experience.
