Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the design and technical delivery of real estate development projects from concept through completion. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, the role ensures that designs align with business objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements while supporting construction to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design phase and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure design compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to keep initiatives on track.
• Oversee construction activities, monitor quality, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect status.
• Proven experience delivering real estate development projects.
• Strong understanding of design standards and construction practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
