Multi‑Skilled Technician – Building Maintenance

About the role

CBRE is looking for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join its Engineering and Technical Services team in Muntinlupa, Philippines. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and support of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs on building equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion using the company’s system.
• Support energy‑management initiatives to ensure efficient operation of all systems.
• Inspect new and existing installations for code compliance and safety, reporting any violations.
• Follow established procedures to resolve straightforward problems under close supervision.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift 50 lb or more.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
