USRN Training Specialist – Up to PHP100K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The USRN Training Specialist will design, deliver and evaluate training programs for Shearwater Health. This position focuses on enhancing clinical knowledge and compliance across the organization, with the flexibility to work remotely after the initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and assess Shearwater Health training activities.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, conduct and evaluate all training programs, including new‑hire onboarding, compliance, refresher, specialty, continuing education and cross‑training sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness using established evaluation models.

Required profile

• Active PHRN and USRN licenses.
• 1‑2 years of utilization review or management experience.
• 1‑2 years of trainer or teaching experience.
• Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness model; teaching credentials or certification is a plus.
