USRN Trainer – BPO (NY Preferred)

About the role

The USRN Trainer will join our Manila‑based BPO team to deliver comprehensive training on utilization management and clinical appeals for US healthcare accounts. This role supports night‑shift operations and ensures staff are proficient with industry‑standard guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on Utilization Management Review and Clinical Appeals.
• Coach agents on the application of Interqual and MCG guidelines during inpatient and concurrent reviews.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align training with client expectations.
• Maintain training records and update materials as guidelines evolve.

Required profile

• Active USRN license from any state.
• 1‑2 years experience in a US healthcare account focusing on utilization management and clinical appeals.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer within a BPO environment.
• Familiarity with inpatient and concurrent review processes.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules.
