About the role
Mercer is looking for a US Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Manila. This hybrid position requires working onsite three days a week and covering a night shift from 9 pm to 6 am Philippine time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and business teams.
- Handle pre‑boarding communication, ensure completion of offer acceptance and pre‑employment documentation.
- Maintain new‑hire data integrity, identify missing information and recommend process improvements.
- Liaise with HR Operations to gather complete candidate information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Seasoned talent acquisition or recruitment professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Experience using Workday.
- Experience using ServiceNow.
