US HR Generalist – Remote (US HOA)

About the role

The Offshore US HR Generalist will support the United States HR team from a remote location, handling recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, compliance, and employee inquiries. You will ensure a smooth hiring experience, maintain accurate employee records, and collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment trackers, post approved openings, and coordinate job description approvals.
• Manage offer letters, onboarding reminders, and weekly recruitment reporting to Finance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and hiring dashboards, tracking open roles and status changes.
• Tri­age the HR inbox, route inquiries, and respond to employee questions on HR systems and basic processes.
• Assist employees with account access issues, including password resets and account unlocks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or people operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
