Unit Sales Manager

About the role

The Unit Sales Manager will lead a field sales team in Mindoro/Romblon, driving sales and distribution for a portfolio of brands. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving targets, building strong distributor relationships, and supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume and distribution objectives within the assigned territory.
• Manage, coach, and develop a field sales team, including performance monitoring and field coaching.
• Plan and execute sales activities, route planning, and channel development.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key accounts, and trade partners, ensuring product availability and compliance with pricing and merchandising guidelines.
• Forecast demand, analyse sales trends, and prepare regular market and performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply‑chain, and finance teams to align on promotions, inventory, and financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably in FMCG or food‑and‑beverage, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Strong territory‑management, route‑planning and key‑account development capabilities.
• Solid analytical and reporting abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
