UI/UX Designer (Mid/Senior) – Shape Digital Experiences

About the role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer (mid‑level or senior) to lead the creation of intuitive, engaging digital experiences for mobile apps and websites. You will translate user insights into actionable design solutions and help define a strategic UX vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user research to uncover behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Advocate for user‑centered design throughout the product lifecycle.
• Craft and implement a strategic UX vision that boosts satisfaction and engagement.
• Translate research findings into design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
• Design, test, and refine navigation, interactions, and user journeys.
• Create supporting graphic assets such as images, sketches, and layouts.
• Identify and resolve complex UX issues through iterative testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align UX strategies.
• Use feedback, analytics, and usability metrics to continuously improve the experience.
• Mentor junior designers on best practices, methodologies, and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong, user‑focused portfolio.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and research methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong collaboration abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with ride‑hailing or similar industries is a plus.
