Triage Nurse – USRN

About the role

Gallagher Bassett is seeking US‑registered nurses to join its Workers’ Compensation Triage program. You will provide high‑quality triage services to injured workers and employers across the United States, handling inbound calls in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from injured workers and employers.
• Conduct structured assessments using approved protocols and provide guidance based on outcomes.
• Escalate calls promptly when criteria are met.
• Collect and verify case information, including demographics, employment details, and injury data.
• Document all interactions accurately in designated systems.
• Perform follow‑up calls to reassess and update case records.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication throughout each interaction.
• Support care coordination and workflow completion as defined by client processes.
• Participate in ongoing training, calibration, and quality‑assurance reviews.

Required profile

• Active nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland United States.
• Minimum one year of experience in U.S. healthcare settings.
• At least one year of clinical or remote‑care experience.
• Prior triage experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift and report onsite when required.
