Intake Counsellor (Telephonic EAP) – Philippines

About the role

The Intake Counsellor will deliver high‑quality, solution‑focused counselling and information support services by phone to employees of client companies. The role requires evidence‑based counselling within a short‑term framework and will involve relocation to Malaysia with a sponsored work permit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephonic, solution‑focused counselling and information support to client‑company employees.
• Deliver evidence‑based counselling interventions in line with best practice standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in Psychology or Counselling.
• Active, valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician.
• If the Master’s is in Counselling, a valid licence to practice counselling is required.
• Ability to conduct short‑term counselling interventions.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia (candidate bears relocation and accommodation costs).
• Fluency in Tagalog and English.
• Preferable experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month, dependent on profile and interview feedback.
• Sponsorship for a Malaysian working permit (relocation and accommodation costs are the candidate’s responsibility).
