Travel Expert – Sabre/Amadeus (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Travel Expert to join our Alabang, Muntinlupa office. You will use Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms to create complete travel itineraries for our customers, handling flights, hotels and other reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end travel bookings using Sabre and/or Amadeus.
• Manage multiple reservations simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.
• Provide clear, courteous support and resolve complex travel inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with travel arrangements and GDS platforms (Sabre or Amadeus).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Background in travel, airline or tourism, preferably in a contact‑center or agency setting.
• Willingness to work on‑site with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to handle multiple bookings.
• High School or Senior High School graduate.
