About the role
The Travel Consultant will manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, ensuring seamless booking experiences for both domestic and international journeys. The role focuses on delivering client‑centric service while promoting best practices in travel and tours.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations and ancillary services.
- Provide exceptional client‑centric support throughout the reservation process.
- Apply global best practices to improve travel and tour operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences.
- Assist clients with travel policy compliance and cost optimisation.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 months experience in domestic and international ticketing and reservations.
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre or Amadeus.
