About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Associate to assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel itineraries. The role involves providing expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and book flights, accommodations, and activities for clients.
- Offer expert guidance on travel destinations, regulations, and visa processes.
- Handle travel‑related changes, cancellations, and complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Approximately 35 years of experience in travel or customer service roles.
- Detail‑oriented, passionate about travel, and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with travel booking software and tools.
