Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities across its Philippine operations. You will coordinate purchase requests, vendor relationships and import/export compliance while supporting internal stakeholders and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily purchase requests and manage procurement tickets and Bill of Materials (BOM) submissions.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality and service reliability.
• Maintain vendor accreditation, performance records and strong ongoing relationships.
• Create, monitor and maintain purchase orders for CAPEX, office supplies and operational materials.
• Track receipt and delivery of goods, coordinate invoice processing with finance.
• Handle complex import and export requirements, securing permits such as NTC, OMB, BOC and GTSB.
• Manage contract renewals and terminations for corporate telecommunications plans.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 4–5 years of procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain experience.
• Proven experience with import/export procedures and government regulatory permits.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor evaluation, performance management and price negotiation.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
