About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Associate to help our clients design and book seamless travel experiences. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every itinerary meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel‑related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
• Approximately 13 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional customer‑service skills.
