Transportation Management Coordinator

About the role
The Transportation Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of company vehicles, from acquisition to disposal. This role ensures that all transportation assets are maintained, repaired, and documented in compliance with safety and insurance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage warranty servicing for newly acquired vehicles.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to extend vehicle lifespan.
- Oversee repair, upgrading, and emergency minor repairs of transportation units.
- Prepare and submit demand and accident reports for insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate information and records related to vehicle status, maintenance history, and compliance.
Required profile
- Preferably a graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven driving experience with four‑wheel vehicles.
- Possession of a valid LTO driver’s license.
