Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator supports daily transport and logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and effective issue resolution. You will monitor shipments, maintain communication with carriers and internal teams, manage costs, and keep data accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities with multiple carriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery issues, delays, and carrier follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, customers, and team members, providing timely delivery updates.
• Review transport invoices, identify discrepancies, and assist in preparing transport quotes.
• Support transport reporting and performance monitoring, including KPIs, delivery issues, and ETA adherence.
• Highlight differences between actual delivery timelines and planned ETAs.

Required profile

• At least 1‑2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Familiarity with carrier coordination, delivery workflows, and freight invoice review.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with reporting tools.
