Parts Warehouse Staff – Inventory & Operations

About the role

The Parts Warehouse Staff member ensures smooth flow of automotive parts through accurate receiving, storage, and distribution processes. Working on‑site in a busy dealership environment, you will support service technicians, sales staff, and the service department while maintaining strict 5S and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect parts from TMP and other suppliers, verifying quantities and condition against invoices.
• Arrange parts using Toyota’s 7 Storage Techniques, label locations with SOP tags, and keep the warehouse organized.
• Perform daily fast‑moving stock checks, weekly spot‑checks, and monthly/semester physical inventories to reconcile SAP records.
• Update stock cards and jackets, process service department requirements, and manage records of unclaimed parts.
• Pick and issue parts for service technicians and assist counter sales staff with walk‑in orders.
• Pre‑pick parts and chemicals for periodic maintenance and general service transactions.
• Coordinate with TMP to resolve delivery issues, damaged items, or invoice discrepancies and process related claims.
• Maintain 5S standards, ensure equipment (computers, carts, fans) is functional, and participate in EMS activities.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings, complete mandatory TMP semestral exams, and handle promotional reporting as needed.
