Training Lead & Sales Trainer (Onsite, Taguig)

About the role

Our BPO client in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig is hiring for two on‑site positions: a Sales Trainer who will deliver onboarding and up‑skilling programs for new agents, and a Training Team Lead who will manage a group of Sales Trainers and align training with campaign KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact onboarding and product training for new hire classes.
• Conduct up‑skilling workshops on sales psychology, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Provide real‑time coaching during the nesting phase to ensure agents meet performance targets.
• Partner with QA and Operations to identify performance gaps and run targeted refresher sessions.
• Oversee, coach and evaluate a team of Sales Trainers, fostering their professional growth.
• Align training strategies with campaign KPIs, analyze graduation rates and post‑training performance, and continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Sales Trainer (for the Trainer role) or 2–3 years experience as a Training Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO environment (for the Lead role).
• Deep understanding of outbound and inbound sales methodologies.
• Willingness to work shifting day/night schedules and 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
