Trainer – Search Engine & Content Moderation

About the role

The Trainer will lead the Learning & Development function for Search Engine Operations and Content Moderation teams. Reporting to Operations, the role designs and delivers onboarding, up‑skilling and change‑management programs to ensure the workforce meets client and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies, curricula and certification standards for Search Engine and Content Moderation programs.
• Design onboarding frameworks and continuous learning initiatives for new hires and existing staff.
• Manage a team of trainers and specialists, allocating resources and monitoring performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management and client stakeholders to identify learning needs and drive performance improvement.
• Establish training KPIs, measure effectiveness, and present reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Lead process transition training, change‑management programs and multilingual/global training delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training/L&D within BPO, ITES, Digital Operations or Shared Services.
• Strong background in Search Engine Operations, Content Moderation, Trust & Safety or related support functions.
• Proven experience in training governance, stakeholder management and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project‑management abilities.

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Training analytics and reporting.
