Trainer – Onboarding & Continuous Learning

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Trainer to lead onboarding, refresher, and continuous learning programs for our operations team. The ideal candidate enjoys facilitating engaging sessions, coaching employees, and helping teams improve performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees, both classroom and virtual.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that support upskilling and knowledge enhancement.
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations.
• Create and update training materials, guides, presentations, and e‑learning content.
• Monitor trainee progress, give feedback, and conduct post‑training assessments.
• Track training effectiveness and ensure documentation aligns with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development.
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role.
• Experience in BPO product training and module design is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
