Trainer – Night Shift – Quezon City

About the role

The Trainer will deliver comprehensive training to both existing staff and newly hired employees at the One Felicity Center in Commonwealth, Quezon City. The role focuses on creating a welcoming learning environment that enables participants to reach their full potential while meeting company and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to enhance retention.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Maintain a trust‑based learning environment that supports performance.
• Plan and prepare instructional materials suited to the chosen learning mode.
• Assess learner progress using appropriate evaluation tools.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors.
• Train newly assigned instructors and coordinate training activities, including operations, quality, and HR presentations.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education completed.
• Minimum one year of relevant training experience in a BPO setting.
• Willingness to work onsite at One Felicity Center, Commonwealth, Quezon City.
• Availability for night‑shift schedules.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, time‑critical environment.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization.
