Head of Curriculum – Remote – $200k/year

About the role

We are seeking a senior academic leader to own the design and performance of our AI‑driven K‑12 learning ecosystem. As Head of Curriculum you will shape standards, drive data‑backed interventions, and be directly accountable for student outcomes across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑generated enhancements to subject‑specific content, adaptive pathways, and student interventions.
• Design and deploy data‑driven academic interventions based on MAP, AP, SAT, ISEE and other achievement metrics.
• Produce evidence‑based decision records documenting actions, dashboards, reports, and support tickets.
• Write execution‑ready specifications for ecosystem improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data‑science teams to evolve the platform.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in curriculum design and academic standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to act on imperfect data quickly.
• Track record of improving student performance measured by standardized assessments.
• Comfort operating in high‑tempo, results‑focused environments.

Required skills

• AI‑enabled quality assurance processes.
• Data analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with standardized test frameworks (MAP, AP, SAT, ISEE).
