BPO Trainer – Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking a BPO Trainer to deliver best‑in‑class training for its call‑center operations. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance of key stakeholders across offshore partner centers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with offshore partner call centers and act as the primary L&D liaison.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that improve sales environments for both call‑center and online teams.
• Identify skill gaps, coach staff, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create engaging presentations and training materials in collaboration with the L&D specialist team and creative unit.
• Plan and execute training events, including session plans, logistics, and on‑site support.
• Provide stakeholder support through observations, feedback, and best‑practice sharing.
• Partner with internal and external agencies to craft and deliver learning solutions that meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with a focus on facilitation and program development.
• Proven experience training customer‑service teams and coaching on sales and experience techniques.
• Certification in Training and Assessment preferred.
• Experience supporting contact‑center operations for Australian or US clients is a plus.
• Strong sales background with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
