Trainer – Learning & Development (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer based in Manila to design, deliver and manage learning programs for our distribution channels. You will work closely with agency leaders to ensure new and existing staff receive high‑impact training that supports our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, licensing, rookie and specialized courses such as underwriting, claims and digital platforms.
• Lead train‑the‑trainer initiatives, new product roll‑outs and ALD‑related projects.
• Partner with instructional designers and cluster managers to create learning roadmaps and conduct training needs analysis.
• Evaluate external training providers and professional designation courses.
• Manage training logistics, budgets, attendance records and post‑course evaluations.
• Coordinate schedules with cluster initiatives, team‑building sessions and skill‑building workshops.
• Participate in agency events such as advisor summits and certification programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of training experience in the financial, life‑insurance or mutual‑fund industry.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to design and edit infographics, art cards and videos.
