Technical Training Manager – Philippines

About the role

The Technical Training Manager will design and deliver regional training programmes for the Philippines automotive after‑sales network, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Devise regional technical training programmes for the Philippines market in line with organisational and HQ requirements.
• Develop training schedules and classroom agendas for local dealerships and after‑sales teams.
• Define and finalise localized course content based on regional objectives and business needs.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, technical worksheets and learner guides.
• Deliver onsite training sessions, online webinars and technical workshops in group and one‑on‑one formats.
• Arrange and conduct regular on‑site training across local dealerships and service centres as required.
• Maintain accurate training records on course completion, attendance and operational issues, and submit regular reports to HQ.
• Monitor, observe and evaluate practical outcomes of all local training programmes and analyse overall effectiveness.
• Establish, optimise and standardise local training policies and SOPs in strict accordance with HQ guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in automotive after‑sales training, preferably with a solid EV technical background.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); an additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and public‑speaking skills, confident delivering training to large groups of technicians and staff.
• Familiarity with modern technical training methodologies, digital tools and adult‑learning techniques.
