Trainer II – Learning & Development

About the role

Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for an experienced Trainer II to lead classroom sessions, coach employees, and deliver learning solutions that support our vacation ownership business. The role involves dynamic interaction with large groups and collaboration with site leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage classroom training, adjusting flow based on participant dynamics.
• Coach employees to achieve defined learning objectives.
• Present learning solution proposals to site leadership teams.
• Travel to various sites as required and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Maintain strong organization, communication, and customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Ability to speak confidently in front of large audiences.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including grammar.
• Quick learner who can adopt new procedures and software.
• Commitment to teamwork and customer‑focused service.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Subject‑matter expertise in CWP and WbW products (preferred).
• Familiarity with mainframe and/or Jacada systems (preferred).
• At least 1 year of training, coaching, or presentation experience.
• Instructional design experience is a plus.
