Tourism Operations Assistant

About the role
The Tourism Operations Assistant provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of tourism programs, projects, events, and activities within the department. This role assists in maintaining accurate documentation and helps promote Quezon City’s tourism initiatives to stakeholders and the public.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of tourism programs, projects, events, and activities.
- Prepare, file, and maintain reports, memoranda, correspondence, and other official tourism documents.
- Document, monitor, and compile reports on departmental activities, meetings, and field operations.
- Assist in promoting and disseminating tourism‑related activities of Quezon City to stakeholders and the general public.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism Management.
- Civil service eligibility is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
