Telesales Executive

About the role

Join MicroSourcing as a Telesales Executive and work within a small team to achieve sales targets. You will engage donors, pitch products, and handle objections to drive acquisitions, upgrades, and reactivations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve stipulated sales goals with guidance from a team leader.
• Maintain contact and lead rates within set targets.
• Engage donors with a friendly attitude to pitch acquisition, conversion, upgrade, and reactivation products.
• Address donor hesitations to close sales and maximize upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and log remarks for continuous improvement.
• Raise fulfillment requests to the processing team and follow call‑centre guidelines for next steps.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in call‑centre initiatives.
