Client Services Team Lead – Junior Client Services

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead, Jr Client Services to join our growing team in Manila. You will run the Jr Client Services team day‑to‑day, guide new clients through onboarding and their first transfers, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to the next stage.

Key responsibilities

• Directly lead, coach and develop the Jr Client Services representatives, running daily floor rhythm and one‑to‑ones.
• Own service quality and response‑time metrics, ensuring quick follow‑up on registrations, quotes and first transfers.
• Build and enforce a consistent onboarding playbook, defining engagement cadence and handling client questions.
• Manage the hand‑up process, providing full context for seamless client handovers.
• Track individual rep activity, coach where needed and flag capacity gaps.
• Report team results regularly on response times, onboarding completion and clean handover rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years experience in customer service or client support, with prior team‑lead or coaching experience.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing performance against service metrics.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities, able to give direct, constructive feedback.
• Fluent in English and detail‑oriented with a methodical approach to compliance.
• Flexibility to work in shifts supporting AU/NZ clients.
• Prior experience in financial services, payments or a regulated industry is a plus.
