Telesales Associate – Muntinlupa

About the role

The Telesales Associate will promote BPI’s financial products and services to prospective customers. Working from the South Park office in Alabang, the associate will use outbound calls to acquire new clients and increase usage of existing products, aiming to meet monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit cards, SIP loans, and personal loans through outbound calls.
• Generate new customer acquisition and cross‑sell additional products.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with standard MS Office tools.
