Telemarketer – Pakistan & Indonesia Market (Taguig)

About the role

Uphead Marketing Consultancy is seeking a proactive Telemarketer to drive client acquisition for its digital marketing services. The role focuses on outbound calling to prospects in Pakistan and Indonesia, introducing the company’s solutions and scheduling appointments. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Taguig, Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Pakistan and Indonesia.
• Introduce Uphead’s digital marketing services and explain value propositions.
• Answer inquiries, discuss solutions, and build rapport with potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow‑up activities efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or related tools.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities in English and local languages (Urdu or Bahasa Indonesia).
• Results‑driven mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Familiarity with virtual conferencing tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms.
