Telemarketer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and supporting our business development efforts. The role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to handle high‑volume outbound and inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls by making numerous outbound calls to potential clients.
• Research and identify potential leads through business directories, online searches, and digital resources.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, information, and support.
• Accurately record and update customer information in the database.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Coordinator and team.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, including coordination with channel partners.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or vocational course, preferably in Electronics, Management, Computer‑related, or similar fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Technical knowledge in auxiliary systems or electronics is an advantage.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Results‑oriented, persistent, and proactive with a positive mindset.
• Patient and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Team player with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas.
• Available to start immediately.
