Outbound B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Teledial is seeking an experienced Outbound B2B Sales Representative to join its growing sales organization. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities with U.S.-based prospects through cold‑calling, pipeline management, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to U.S.-based prospects.
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience supporting U.S. accounts.
• Minimum 1 year of cold‑calling experience.
• Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong pipeline management, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in a BPO or call center.
