About the role

Join Angkas, a leading ride‑hailing platform in the Philippines, as a Customer Experience Associate. You will be the first point of contact for high‑value riders, helping them enjoy safe, reliable, and convenient transportation while contributing to the company’s mission to end poverty through innovative mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone (inbound and outbound), email, chat, Telegram, and social media, providing timely problem resolution.
• Deliver personalized service that strengthens relationships with high‑value customers and supports company growth targets.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance metrics set by the immediate supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or any client‑facing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Tagalog and English; Bisaya is a plus.
• Ability to work a shifting schedule and perform duties onsite.
• Willingness to complete a typing test (minimum 35 wpm) and a mock‑call assessment during screening.
