Technology Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Australia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing Australian recruitment agency. The role is fully remote, supporting Australian businesses with deep‑tech talent acquisition across contract and permanent positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live vacancies from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality candidates.
• Source, screen, shortlist and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain clear communication with the Australian‑based recruitment team.
• Support fast‑moving recruitment campaigns while meeting KPI targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in deep‑technology recruitment.
• Proven experience supporting Australian, UK or US recruitment agencies.
• Strong sourcing abilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Confident use of ATS/CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn or JobAdder.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to juggle multiple live roles in a KPI‑driven environment.
