Technical Support and Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support and Software Engineer to join our team responsible for enterprise banking systems used by financial institutions. The role combines software development, production support, testing and infrastructure activities to ensure stable operation of large‑scale banking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement of enterprise banking applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
• Develop, maintain and bug‑fix software components.
• Write and execute SQL queries, assist with database‑related tasks.
• Participate in system testing, validation and deployment processes.
• Provide technical and operational support for live systems, including server and infrastructure monitoring.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and implementation teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Assist in post‑deployment support and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and relational databases.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn enterprise banking systems and legacy applications.
• Ability to work in a production support and operations‑oriented environment.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior software development or technical support experience is a plus.
