Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead delivery teams for internal and external customers worldwide, working remotely from Manila. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing technical guidance and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of projects according to methodology, scope, schedule, budget, and quality criteria.
• Provide quality assurance, financial tracking, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and manage change requests.
• Onboard project teams, define structures, facilitate meetings, and set up project controls.
• Create and maintain comprehensive work plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Guide teams and customers on Agile and Waterfall approaches, and execute change‑control processes.
• Support pre‑sales activities, proposal creation, and estimation when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology and PMO templates.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall Project Management experience, including 4+ years in data‑integration or technical architecture roles.
• Proven consulting background with strong stakeholder management and remote‑team leadership.
• Proactive attitude, high care factor, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering quality outcomes.
• Ability to motivate teams, recognize performance, and take ownership of commitments.
