Application Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our SAP solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective solutions to technical problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and training to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) application development.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based application development and deployment strategies.
