Technical Leader

About the role

ERNI is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to guide a small team of software developers in designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions. The role combines hands‑on technical work with people management and cross‑cultural stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of embedded software projects for MedTech, Industry, Finance, and Transportation sectors.
• Coordinate with multicultural and cross‑functional stakeholders, including travel to China for meetings and project coordination.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes and ensure timely project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven software development experience with strong expertise in Embedded C++.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a small development team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) and English at CEFR C1 level or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Willingness to travel to China as required.
