Technical Lead – Microsoft Hybrid Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead for Microsoft Hybrid Cloud to join our Global Operations Center in Manila. In this strategic leadership position you will act as the technical authority for Azure and hybrid cloud services, driving operational maturity, governance and service quality across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point and technical authority for Azure and hybrid cloud incidents, changes and decisions.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams, guiding them through complex incidents and improving overall capability.
• Define, implement and maintain operational standards, governance models, runbooks and service documentation.
• Lead incident escalation, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting and reliability.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, Azure Policy, subscription governance and enterprise SSO solutions.
• Analyze Azure usage, optimize costs and support financial governance (FinOps).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Manila and the Netherlands to standardize services and lifecycle processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud operations, preferably in an MSP or large enterprise environment.
• Strong hands‑on background with Azure operations and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Proven experience creating procedures, documentation and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to coach engineers and lead technical teams.
