Team Leader – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

The Team Leader for Revenue Cycle Management will support the Department Manager in overseeing on‑site staff across hospital and office locations. This position ensures smooth daily operations, quality performance, and compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop departmental teams.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of Receivables staff, both onsite and in office settings.
• Coordinate account inventories and generate regular reports for the Department Manager.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Resolve operational issues through problem‑solving and workflow delegation.
• Cover employee responsibilities during absences or high‑volume periods.
• Achieve assigned management goals and objectives.
• Conduct quality audits on staff performance.
• Handle account reconciliations and returns to clients.
• Document and report disciplinary issues to the Manager.
• Follow Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.
• Participate in projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with medical claims billing and/or patient accounting processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficient PC skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, judgment and professionalism.
• Flexibility with work hours and adaptability to change.
