Team Leader II – Data Migration & Implementation

About the role

The Team Leader II will head a team that handles data analysis, data migration, and product implementation according to customer business rules. The role ensures projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and drive revenue‑generating activations while providing coaching and issue resolution for team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the team to meet all deliverables.
• Perform implementation tasks and assist with activations as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance on each implementation before release.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Resolve internal and external customer complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain communication with US counterparts and coordinate operational matters.
• Identify workflow, script, or system defects and work with development to resolve or enhance them.
• Test new workflows, scripts, or solutions prior to rollout.
• Escalate critical issues to management promptly.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate new and existing staff members.
• Participate in staffing selection and conduct annual performance reviews.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes and provide solid customer service.
• Preferred knowledge of property management operations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with RealPage products.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
