Team Lead Supply Chain

About the role

Pontoon is looking for a Supply Chain Management Team Lead based in Manila. The role keeps supply chain activities, including those of Supplier Operations, aligned with regional and global supply chain strategies, guides Supply Chain representatives in executing country, regional and global initiatives, and maintains a direct link between the Supplier Operations Centre of Excellence and the Supply Chain Management function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach junior team members and drive the Supply Chain Management workstream to meet its deliverables
• Ensure supplier partners are successfully deployed for new clients and existing programs, using the Pontoon Supplier Intelligence Platform
• Keep suppliers' business practices, compliance status and issues under review, and stay current with regulatory requirements and supplier engagement methods
• Review and refine supplier country/regional Rules of Engagement templates, and monitor Strategic Supplier compliance regionally and globally
• Review MSP contractual clauses worldwide (Main Client Contracts, Local Country Agreements, Statements of Work) and propose improvements
• Analyse Supplier Survey feedback, audit compliance results and document compliance statuses to spot trends and risks
• Support the Global Head of Supply Chain Management with events, projects, initiatives and administrative tasks, and manage the central mailbox

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in global MSP roles with documented progressive responsibilities; experience in MSP, services procurement or contingent workforce is preferred
• Open to working any shift

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green, Yellow, Black Belt or Master)
• Prince2 certification
• Experience with contractual negotiations
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
