Tax FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Tax FP&A Analyst will join the Group Tax function of a global veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer. Reporting to the Group Tax team, the analyst will focus on gathering, validating and structuring financial data to support transfer pricing compliance, inter‑company debt monitoring, statutory reporting and tax filing across the Bimeda and Sterimol perimeters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the inter‑company transaction database, ensuring accurate recording of goods, services, royalties and financing flows.
• Support the preparation of net‑margin and per‑entity profitability analyses for the Transactional Net Margin Method and other benchmarking exercises.
• Collect, collate and structure financial inputs for the annual Local File and Master File, preparing first‑draft files for review and liaising with external advisors (KPMG, PwC).
• Monitor inter‑company pricing against approved policies, flagging deviations for corrective action.
• Assist in extracting comparables data and preparing functional analysis documentation.
• Maintain a comprehensive inter‑company debt register, tracking principal balances, interest rates, maturities and currency exposures.
• Reconcile loan balances with underlying agreements and highlight discrepancies for resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transfer pricing data management and multinational tax compliance support.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of handling large, complex data sets.
• Working knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and related documentation requirements.
• Experience working in an international or shared‑services finance environment.
