Tax and Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Tax and Compliance Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all tax and statutory compliance matters, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, filing, and submission of tax returns. This role supports month‑end and year‑end closing processes, statutory audits, and budgeting/forecasting activities related to tax.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and reconcile tax working papers aligned with withholding tax, VAT and income tax returns.
• Manage the timely filing and submission of all tax returns.
• Organise and safeguard supporting documents and compliance records for reporting and audit purposes.
• Act as liaison between the company and external tax consultants.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, statutory audits, and budgeting/forecasting related to tax.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with external tax consultants and internal finance teams.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate tax documentation.
• Experience supporting month‑end, year‑end closures and audits.
