Talent & HR Administrator – Employee of Record (EOR)

About the role

Tailored by Flexi is seeking a motivated, people‑focused Talent & HR Administrator to support its Employee of Record (EOR) operations across the Philippines. You will act as the primary liaison for local team members and international clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll, recruitment and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for EOR inquiries, managing contracts, onboarding and off‑boarding in line with DOLE regulations.
• Monitor statutory compliance for benefits, leave entitlements and separations under the Philippine Labour Code.
• Maintain and update employee files and the HR information system (HRIS).
• Support audits and HR due‑diligence requests related to EOR engagements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and offer facilitation.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Assist in preparing and processing semi‑monthly or monthly payroll, verifying timekeeping data, deductions and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR).

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Experience in payroll administration and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR).
• Knowledge of Philippine labour regulations and DOLE compliance.
